The personality assessment

The things I have learned about myself made me the person I am today. To apply myself to school knowledge and work actives are, my unique characteristics will allow me to contribute to the university community with my communication skills, personality and my knowledge and intelligence of school education. As an African American in today’s society my communication skills help me interact with other diverse backgrounds and be able to speak to other individuals. At Florida A&M I plan to major in management in the School of Business and Industry, my communication skills will benefit me in the business and management parts of my major.
As my personality, I’ll decry myself as a friendly, giving person with a sense of humor and unique ability to motivate other people to the road to success. My characteristics as a role model will contribute to the community by showing good behavior to another student to emulate in the university community. As a child greeting and making friends was easy, through my years I developed a skill toward people to build friendly relationship through my kindness of taking time and listen well and learning about others. At a young age I picked up a trait from my mother of giving to those who are in need. To be a giving person in my opinion it start from truly caring about others. Helping out in the community is something I take pride in; knowing I’m affecting someone’s life. Reaching out to supporting others, to see joy from a person eye lets me know I’m making a difference in the community, which I hope to do here at Florida A&M University.
Being active is community service, work to others might mean punishment, but to me it is something I enjoy doing. I worked for two non-profit organizations around my community. The first one was a toy drive program that I had been a part of since my freshman year of high school. The toy drive was a program for little kids whose parents could not buy them gifts for Christmas. As a community service worker it was my job to raise toys for kids in need. I did a Toy Drive at my school to help my community raise toys for the whole month of December were students made donations with toys for kids in need. We went around collecting toys and raising more toys for little kids to help out my community so every little kid feel special on Christmas.
